Working closely with Caroline Riddell Interiors, Labatt Construction delivered a refurbishment project spanning four floors from lower ground level entertainment spaces to second floor children’s bedrooms. The scope involved meticulous restoration of the building’s Victorian character. Original sash windows were carefully restored and period cornicing was reinstated where it had been lost, requiring skilled plasterers to match the original detailing. New roof lights were sensitively integrated to bring natural light into the property while respecting the roofline’s original proportions.

Bespoke joinery formed a significant element of the works, with bespoke cabinetry units in the kitchen and fitted wardrobes in bedrooms. The basement conversion transformed previously underutilised space into a modern leisure facility. A gym and bar were created as well as a children’s playroom, ensuring inviting spaces for even the smallest members of the family.
