Suffolk

Coming soon

A Grade II listed farmhouse and barn conversion set within a historic rural estate in Suffolk. The listed status of the entire site has demanded an uncompromising approach to traditional methods and materials, with lime restoration forming a cornerstone of the works throughout.

Roof structures are being formed using salvaged and specially sourced timbers in keeping with the traditions of the area. Beyond the farmhouse and barn, the scope extends to three entirely new ancillary buildings including: a double garage, a greenhouse and potting shed and a machinery store with workshop. Each new addition is designed in the ultra-traditional character of the existing estate, alongside a ha-ha and 600 square metres of new landscaping.
