Labatt Construction delivered a comprehensive restoration and extension of this handsome Victorian townhouse in Notting Hill. The project encompassed a complete rebuild of the roof, a full-footprint basement excavation beneath the entire property and a substantial rear extension. This package of structural interventions transformed the house from top to bottom while preserving its Victorian character.
A particular focus was placed on the careful retention and reinstatement of period detailing across the building’s original fabric, ensuring that every new addition respected the architectural language of the existing structure. The project exemplifies Labatt Construction’s ability to manage complex structural programmes within the constraints of a historic urban townhouse, delivering a family home of exceptional quality and comfort.
